Supporting pupils with additional needs both in the classroom and in small group activities.
Assisting teachers with implementing personalised learning plans.

Collaborating with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to provide tailored support.
Contributing to an inclusive, safe, and welcoming learning environment.
About You:
Experience working with children with SEN is highly valued but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, adaptable, and proactive.
Passionate about supporting every child to succeed.
